FCS food safety and hygiene training courses

Food Consulting Services has used its extensive experience in the Food and Hospitality Industry in South Africa, to develop training courses of various levels to meet the needs of our clients in terms of implementing an effective food safety and sanitization system.

3 Courses have been developed, each one targeted at satisfying the training needs of different levels of employees:

Basic Food Hygiene Workshop for Food Handlers
The basic food hygiene training programme has been developed to provide the basic knowledge and skills required for practicing good hygiene in a food handling environment. This course is designed for the actual food handlers and is presented in a basic and easy to understand format.

Basic Food Hygiene Workshop for First Line Managers
The basic food hygiene workshop for line managers has been developed to provide the basic knowledge and skills required for practicing good hygiene in a food handling environment. This course is designed for first line managers and has greater detail and depth regarding food hygiene and safety.

Practical Food Hygiene “Train the Trainer” Course
This programme comprises both the managerial train the trainer course and the food handler level of training. Food Consulting Services will train your managers to run the food handler level of training for your staff.
